How long until my order is shipped?
I try to ship out any order I receive within a week. Sometimes, if I'm out of town, at an event, or otherwise indisposed, it may take longer. In these situations I'll be sure to post a notice to my shop, but feel free to reach out to me as well. :^)
Do you ship orders internationally?
Some, yes! I can ship small/medium prints and stickers internationally. Unfortunately, due to exorbitant shipping costs, I am not able to ship "packages" overseas at this time. This includes books/zines, pins, and charms. :^( Very sorry for the inconvenience!
Will my order include tracking?
Any "package" order will receive tracking automatically! For flat items like stickers and prints, I do not include tracking to cut down on shipping costs.
My package hasn't arrived! What do I do?
If your package doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, please let me know! This is especially true for items without a tracking number. I may not always be able to replace the item free of charge, but I will do my absolute best to make it right. Please know that what happens to packages once they're shipped is unfortunately out of my hands. :^(
