My Husband Is a Space Alien follows Ángel, an overworked salaryman living a quiet life in suburbia. When a storm and meteor shower bring down something unexpected in his backyard, he ends up with an unusual predicament: first contact! The alien he encounters doesn't seem all that scary though, once they get to know each other... and perhaps Ángel is sort of... smitten?
This is a love story to the aesthetics of retrofuturism and 1950s suburbia! Think "I Love Lucy", but add an extraterrestrial and make it queer.

THE GRADES:
